| Pilatez: | A class that helps with flexibly, strengthening and lengthening your muscles. |
| Step N Sculpt: | 40 Minute basic step class, and upper body weight training, 45 minutes low cardio, easy on your joints, with upper and lower body toning. |
| Power Hour: | A variety of High/Low impact, muscle strengthening with weights. |
| Body Conditioning: | A total body work out with very low cardio to increase muscle strength and body definition. |
| Cardio Boxing | 60 minutes of intense boxing style exercises that will increase strength and endurance. |
| Yoga: | Hatha, works on strength, flexibility and stability. A total mind and body connection. |
| Kick Boxing | High cardio lower body workout with high intensity kicking moves |
| Byking | A 50 minute high cadio and endurance training. |
