Pilatez: A class that helps with flexibly, strengthening and lengthening your muscles.
Step N Sculpt: 40 Minute basic step class, and upper body weight training, 45 minutes low cardio, easy on your joints, with upper and lower body toning.
Power Hour: A variety of High/Low impact, muscle strengthening with weights.
Body Conditioning: A total body work out with very low cardio to increase muscle strength and body definition.
Cardio Boxing 60 minutes of intense boxing style exercises that will increase strength and endurance.
Yoga: Hatha, works on strength, flexibility and stability. A total mind and body connection.
Kick Boxing High cardio lower body workout with high intensity kicking moves
Byking A 50 minute high cadio and endurance training.
